Personal Training (PT) is just what you need.
PT is one-on-one instruction between you and a personal trainer that incorporates exercise screening, goal-setting and health education. Following a fitness consultation, our trainers design a challenging workout routine customized for your fitness goals. You are not hiring a trainer, but a coach, The Evolve Training & Fitness difference is that our trainers are not just going to tell you WHAT to do, but HOW to do it and WHY you are doing it. Evolve Trainers educate their clients on fitness and nutrition so that each client can and will feel confident in their day to day routines whether they are inside or outside of the gym.
The advantages of working with a personal trainer include:
A personal trainer develops a customized fitness plan based on your fitness goals to make sure you have a smart plan and are doing the exercises with the proper form. This is critical to achieving your fitness goals without getting hurt. And if you only have limited time to work out, a personal trainer will make sure you get the best results possible for the amount of time you have.
Most people have multiple goals when working out, the most common being fat loss and muscle gain. It’s often hard to find the right balance between these two, and a personal trainer can help you find the right exercises to achieve all of your goals.
A personal trainer will teach you the proper form and technique to use during your workout so you can stay safe and injury-free.
A personal trainer can help motivate you find ways to make healthy living and exercise a priority in your life. They can help you overcome obstacles that might prevent you from exercising, and help you set many small, achievable goals.
When you hit a plateau in your exercise routine, it can be hard to push through and stay motivated. A personal trainer can help you understand why you hit a plateau and find ways for you to work through it and see more results.
Types of Personal Training
As with all things in life, one size RARELY fits all. Decide which type of training is right for you.
You and a friend can work together with a trainer. Partner training allows you to receive ALL the benefits of individual PT but while doing so with a partner (friend, family member or a loved one) at HALF the cost!. Benefits of Partner training include: more confidence with a friend (good for beginners), increased commitment (don’t want to let your friend down), you’ll work harder trying to outwork your friend, it’s more fun with a friend (you can say that about almost anything) and it’s more affordable while still getting plenty of trainer 1-on-1.
