Kelly attended Red Bank Regional High School as a dance major and went to Monmouth University where she received her B.S. in English and Elementary Education. She was part of the Monmouth University Dance Team which was a nationally ranked team that competed at the National Dance Alliance competition in Daytona Beach, FL. As a previous elementary school teacher of three years, Kelly realized that she wanted to leave the classroom and follow her dreams of becoming a personal trainer.
She has a strong background in group fitness which she started back in 2008. She is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer through AAAI. Kelly also has her certification with TRX Suspension Training. As a fitness enthusiast, Kelly has also competed in three bodybuilding competitions in April and May of 2014 and May of 2015.
Kelly is passionate about helping other achieve their goals. Her philosophy has always been…”I am committed to empowering others’ health through fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle choices. Empowerment is more than helping someone. It is giving them the power and confidence to make healthy choices on their own.” From that mission statement, Kelly has combined clean nutrition, weight training, plyometric workouts and cardiovascular training in order to meet the needs of her clients.
