New to Training?
Entering a gym for the first time can be intimidating.
We want you to know that we understand how you feel.
Each of one of us has been in a situation where we felt:
Uncomfortable in our own skin
Nothing in the closet fit anymore
Confused when it comes to diet/exercise
Tired of putting others' needs in front of your own
Like we have tried but nothing ever works
Believe us. We know!
That is why we created Evolve Training & Fitness. Like Evolve client Whitney said, “Evolve is like the show cheers. It is a place where everybody knows your name.” We care about you and not only about you, but about your results and your progress.
Whether you are here to maintain your fitness level, excel in your journey, or to start out on your fitness journey, we are here and we promise to support you every step of the way.
How can you prepare for this first day? Take a deep breath and walk through the door. We are proud of you for making the decision to make a change. That is the hardest and biggest step.
Be sure to eat a little something beforehand (ideally :60 before and no more than 200-300 calories) because you are going to need fuel to power you through your workout. Be sure to bring water and a towel, but no fear if you forget...we’ve got you covered!
Come in with an open mind and be prepared to change your life. Not only are your trainers going to motivate you and keep you inspired, but your new friends are there too! When you are done with your first workout you might feel a bit tired, okay probably exhausted, BUT the endorphin release that you will soon experience is like no other! Be sure to stay hydrated to prevent TOO much soreness.
Lastly, sign up for your next class/session. We will teach and show you that CONSISTENCY is EVERYTHING. Small daily steps will get you to where you want to be and we will show you that.
