Cookie Dough Bites

These are perfect to squash a sweet craving while helping to keep your clean eating lifestyle in check...

Makes roughly 24 bites

1/3 c vegan organic plant based vanilla protein

1/3 c organic coconut flour

1T organic coconut oil melted

1/4 c walden farms Carmel syrup

2 packets pure stevia powder (2tsp)

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/4 c Lilas organic SF dark chocolate chips (Wegmans) can use regular but need mini

3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk (25 cals)

Mix all ingredients in one bowl until a dough forms. Roll into balls and place on parchment Place in fridge

Chocolate Coating

(Optional...but not to meπŸ˜‰)

1/4 c lilas SF dark chocolate chips

1tsp coconut oil

Melt together in micro 1 min stir and continue if needed

Add:

1/4 c chocolate protein powder (vegan or otherwise) 2T unsweetened dark cocoa powder Whisk til smooth

Spoon chocolate over each ball allowing to drizzle down sides and refrigerate until set
