2 ripe bananas
Vanilla protein powder
Mash two ripe bananas in bowl and stir in one egg. Stir in 1/3 cup coconut sugar, 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract, and 5 scoops of vanilla protein powder (every protein powder mixes differently, so if too thick add another egg or some eggwhites). Pour mixture into muffin tins. Top each muffin with a few fresh blueberries. Bake at 350F for about 20-30 minutes. Be sure to check at 20 minutes and add time if needed. Enjoy!
